Terms of Service

Last updated Aug 31, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Suuby's package forwarding, warehouse, consolidation and shipping services (the "Service"). In these Terms, "Suuby", "we" and "us" mean the operator of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you are agreeing to these Terms for that business and confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. The Service

Suuby gives you a personal receiving address (a "suite") at our warehouse in Shenzhen. You may have goods you buy from third-party sellers sent there, and we receive, weigh, photograph and hold them for you. When you are ready, you choose which packages to combine into one consolidated shipment, select a shipping line, and pay; we pack the box, weigh it again, and hand it to the carrier. We also let you buy a domestic U.S. shipping label between two of your own saved addresses, entirely separately from forwarding.

We are a forwarder and, for U.S. domestic labels, a shipping intermediary — we are not the carrier. Actual carriage is performed by third-party airlines, ocean freight operators and courier companies (including DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx), and is subject to their own terms, tariffs and liability limits in addition to ours.

3. Your account and suite

You must provide accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date — your suite is how a package is matched to you, and stale or false details are the most common reason a box is misrouted. One account per person; your suite is personal to your account and may not be sold, shared or transferred to someone else.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@suuby.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Sending us packages

Before a courier drops a box at our warehouse, declare it with the courier tracking number so we can match it to your suite the moment it arrives; a box that arrives without a matching declaration is booked in from the suite printed on its own shipping label instead. Every package is weighed, photographed and recorded as either general or sensitive goods (a battery, liquid, powder or similarly restricted item counts as sensitive) on arrival.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any tracking number, item description and declared value you give us, and for confirming the contents of a package are lawful to import into the United States and to export from their origin. We rely on what you tell us and do not independently verify the value or contents of a sealed package before it is opened at intake.

5. Prohibited and restricted items

You may not ship anything illegal, counterfeit, hazardous beyond what our battery/liquid lines accept, or otherwise listed as prohibited in our Help Center. If our warehouse staff find a prohibited item while handling your package, they flag it with a note and photo evidence, and you choose — from your account — to have it disposed of or shipped back to you. A return you did not ask us to flag ourselves is shipped back at your own request in the same way. A paid return places an estimated authorization hold; after handover, we capture the carrier's actual charge and may collect an authorized shortfall from the saved card.

If a flagged item goes undecided for too long, we will dispose of it on your behalf so it does not sit indefinitely on the shelf — the current window for that is stated in your account and in our Help Center.

6. Pricing, quotes and payment

A quote for a consolidated shipment is based on the weight you declare and the line you choose. Because the true chargeable weight of a box — the greater of its actual and volumetric weight — can only be known once it is finally packed, we re-weigh and, where relevant, re-measure the box at our warehouse before it ships, and the freight is recalculated from that figure.

To make that possible, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card at checkout for slightly more than the quoted amount — this is not a charge. Once your box is packed and weighed, we charge only what it actually cost; the unused portion of the hold is released automatically. If the final cost is more than the hold could cover, we may charge the difference to the card on file, and if it is less than what was already collected, we refund the difference. You authorize these charges by placing an order.

U.S. domestic shipping labels are priced and charged in full at the moment you buy them, since a label's cost is fixed the instant it is issued — there is nothing to re-weigh or reconcile afterward.

We may change our rates, service fees and add-on prices at any time; a change never affects a consolidation you have already paid for.

7. Storage

Storage in our warehouse is free for 90 days from the date a package is received. After that, accrued storage is included in the next consolidation quote at $0.20 per kilogram per week until the package ships or you dispose of it.

8. Insurance and liability

Each shipping line carries a built-in liability limit stated in our Help Center; you may additionally purchase insurance on a consolidation, priced as a percentage of the declared value, for greater coverage. Outside what we are required to cover by law, our total liability for a lost, damaged or delayed shipment is limited to the insured or built-in liability value that applied to it, whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for customs delays or seizures, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control (including customs policy changes, natural disasters, and disruptions to air or ocean freight capacity).

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, ship a prohibited item, provide false information, or use the Service fraudulently or abusively. You may close your account at any time; you remain responsible for any packages on our shelf and any amount owed until they are shipped, disposed of, or otherwise cleared.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the update.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from them may be brought before a court or tribunal that has lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
