Five steps, from a Chinese checkout page to your door.

1. 01Get your suite address

   Sign up and a suite code is yours. The Warehouse page carries the full Shenzhen address in Chinese — copy it into any Chinese store's checkout and put the suite code on the recipient line.

2. 02Pre-alert what's coming

   Paste the courier tracking number so we know the box is yours before it lands. One at a time, or a whole list at once if you have been shopping.

3. 03We receive it

   Every box is weighed, photographed, put on a numbered shelf and marked general or sensitive. You get an email — and 60 days of free storage.

4. 04Consolidate into one box

   Choose a group — general or sensitive — and everything waiting in it travels together. Then pick a line and a delivery address, and add photos, reinforcement or insurance if you want them.

5. 05We pack out and it flies

   The finished box is re-weighed and measured, the freight is recalculated on that, and it goes to the carrier. Follow it with your SUUBY-F code.
