Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Suuby collects when you visit our site or use our forwarding, warehouse and shipping services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and to registered customers alike.

Account information: your name, email address and, where you provide it, phone number and delivery addresses.

Shipment and package information: courier tracking numbers, declared value and item descriptions, the weight and photographs our warehouse takes at intake and at pack-out, and any note or evidence photo staff record if an item is flagged as prohibited.

Payment information: our payment processor, Stripe, holds your card details on our behalf. We receive a payment token and the last four digits of your card, never your full card number.

Communications: messages you send our support desk, and records of the transactional emails we send you (shipment updates, sign-in codes, receipts).

Usage information: basic technical data such as your browser, device type and the pages you visit, and your saved language preference.

To provide the Service: matching a package to your suite, consolidating and pricing a shipment, re-weighing it at pack-out, handing it to a carrier, and letting our warehouse staff act on what you decide about a flagged item.

To process payment — placing and capturing the authorization hold described in our Terms, and issuing refunds.

To send you transactional email: account verification, shipment and warehouse notifications, and receipts. We do not send marketing email unless you sign up for our newsletter separately.

To respond to support requests, investigate and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal and customs obligations.

We share data with the vendors that make the Service possible, and only for that purpose: Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider (transactional email), carrier and tracking providers (so a shipment can be followed once it has your tracking number on it), and our cloud storage provider (package and pack-out photographs).

Our own warehouse staff in Shenzhen, China physically handle your packages and necessarily see your name, suite, and what a package contains and weighs, as part of doing that job.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Because our warehouse is in Shenzhen, China, information about a package you send us — its weight, contents and photographs — is necessarily processed there. Our payment and email providers may process data in the United States or other countries. By using a service that physically moves goods between China and the United States, you understand and consent to your data being processed in both places.

We keep your account and shipment records while your account is active and as needed to complete open warehouse, payment, tax, customs, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Closing an account immediately disables sign-in; it does not erase open shipment or financial records. You may ask support to delete or anonymize information that is no longer required for those purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. Your account pages let you view and update most of this information yourself; for anything else, write to support@suuby.com and we will respond within the time your local law requires.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a small amount of local storage to remember your language and currency preference. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, and access to package and account data restricted to staff who need it to do their job — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact support@suuby.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here with a new "last updated" date.
